  • Yes, we hand roll our own bagels and boil and bake them daily.

    • Weekdays coldside wait is 3 - 5 minutes depending on the size of your order

    • Weekdays hotside wait 3 - 8 minutes depending on the size of the order

    • Weekends coldside wait 5 - 10 minutes depending on the size of your order 10 - 30 minutes depending on the size of your order

  • We hand pick the highest quality of whitefish and use only a smidgen of mayo.

  • We offer catering for all occasions. We deliver and also cater with the truck.

  • We are always looking for good people to join our team, contact us to see what’s available.

  • I grew up eating bagels in NYC and NJ every weekend visiting my father. When I moved to Boulder I realized they were in need of a true NY bagel and delicatessen. After years of being in the food and grocery industry I needed a change and it was time to bring the best bagels to Boulder Colorado. I quit my corporate job and Fleishman’s Bagels and Delicatessen was born.

  • We do not sell coffee, however we do have a great variety of beverages.

    We 100% partners with Full Cycle’s Tune Up Cafe & Bar and we encourage you to enjoy from them.

  • We do not make our corned beef or pastrami. We get it from Carnegie Deli in NY!
